GAME DOESNT SAVE & SOMETIMES WONT OPEN

I enjoy playing this game, but they still havent fixed it to save your progress! That is very frustrating when you have to start back at level 1 tutorial EVERY SINGLE TIME! I am getting ready to delete the app because of the frustration and you can see that Im not alone. I dont know why the developer refuses to fix this problem when, from the reviews, you can see that many more people would play this if it was fixed!
